Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos for verification. After verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
Return Process
Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us.
Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued for the product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
